Automatic refund status
If a supported refund is initiated, the transaction page changes to Refunded and shows the available details. Timing depends on the source network.
Use a suitable refund address
A refund address must support the source token on the source network. Never use a token contract address.
Manual review
If funds were sent with the wrong token, wrong network, or incorrect amount, recovery may not be possible. Contact Xtether with the transaction ID and public transaction hash—never a seed phrase or private key.
