Keep the transaction details
Save the Xtether transaction ID and public source transaction hash. These allow support to identify the transfer without access to your wallet.
Do not send more funds
A deposit address expects the token shown on the payment screen. Sending another token will not correct the first transfer.
Recovery may be unavailable
Token recovery depends on the network, token contract, and address configuration. Contact Xtether for a review, but do not assume recovery is possible.
